We appreciate your support of DStv Fibre and subscription to this service.
As you may be aware, we have made the decision to discontinue the fibre service available through DStv Internet, effective 1 January 2025.
DStv Internet remains committed to keeping our customers connected and able to stream DStv with our FLTE offers, while delivering great savings when bundling internet with your DStv subscription.

When will my DStv Fibre be disconnected?
It will be disconnected on 1 January 2025.
Am I able to switch my fibre to another service provider?
Yes. We recommend exploring fibre options from network providers available in your area. This allows you to check for specials, select a fibre product best suited to your needs, and confirm the steps to make the switch.

Do you offer another internet option I can switch to?
Yes. We offer FLTE internet services. FLTE delivers capped internet, can be used at two different locations*, and can be bundled in a 24-month contract with your DStv subscription for significant savings.

Will my DStv Router work if I switch my fibre to another service provider?
Please check with your selected service provider to confirm equipment requirements.
What happens to my DStv subscription once fibre is disconnected?
Should you have a DStv subscription, it will continue on a month-to-month basis (on your current package, at the standard pricing). This includes any services you have added to your account (mobile streams, ADD movies, Showmax, and others).
How can I save on my subscription?
We have 24-month contracts with great savings and guaranteed pricing which won’t increase during the contract period.

Are there any other changes to my DStv services once fibre is disconnected?
For those who have opted in to Rewards, your current tier may change based on your active DStv services.

Please note: as you pay monthly in advance for your fibre service, and the date your fibre services may be terminated is before the full month is completed, we will credit you for one month of your fibre subscription to minimise impact to your DStv account and the amount to pay in the following month.
