We’re bringing back the glam with all-new reality shows this week

A year after her abrupt departure from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the fabulous Lisa Vanderpump makes her way back into the limelight with her very own talk show on E! Entertainment (DStv Channel 124) this Sunday at 21:00. She hosts a few famous friends a night for intimate, yet decadent, al fresco entertainment at her famous mansion, Villa Rosa, with delicious gourmet menus and jaw-dropping celeb reveals. Guests include the likes of Cheryl Burke, Joel McHale, Lance Bass, Mario Lopez, Steve-O, Dr Terry and Heather Dubrow, Tori Spelling and more. As LVP assures us in the teaser trailer – her dinner party rules!

It was always going to come to an end, and after a whopping 20 seasons, the first family of Calabasas have decided to walk away from their hit show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. We’ve laughed and ugly-cried with the Kardashian-Jenner clan for 14 years and now they’ve invited viewers to keep up with them for one more whirlwind season.

With the recent announcement of Kim and Kanye’s impending divorce, Khloé and Tristan’s baby plans, not to mention the sparks flying between Kourtney and Travis Barker, there are bound to be some revealing moments in the coming episodes, as well as some nostalgic reminiscing of how they started out all those years ago.

The Queen returns to her UK court for Season 2 of RuPaul’s UK Drag Race. And the competition is fiercer than ever with 12 outrageous queens strutting their stuff to battle for the title, The UK’s Next Drag Race Superstar, four more than last year. The divas are also competing over a course of 10 weeks instead of last season’s eight. Joining Mama Ru are judges Michelle Visage, Graham Norton and Alan Carr, ready to separate the glam from the ham. Gentlemen, start your engines and may the best drag queen win!

On CBS Reality (DStv channel 132), Season 8 of everyone’s guilty pleasure, Cheaters, starts on Saturday evening. Iconic host Joey Greco returns to expose another host of two-timing lovers in the show’s tried-and-true formula that’s part-detective story, part-Jerry Springer mud-slinging and all-out guaranteed entertainment.

If you require your reality to be more on the inspirational side, stylist Gok Wan is back on BBC Lifestyle (DStv channel 174) with Season 5 of How to Look Good Naked. The empowering body-confidence building show helps women who’ve lost sight of their own beauty to regain their smiles when looking at themselves in the mirror – by getting them to strut their stuff naked, in front of an audience, down the Naked Runway.

Overserved With Lisa Vanderpump

Pop open a bottle of rosé and dust off your best heels, it’s time to get back to glam with Lisa Vanderpump. In tonight’s premiere episode of the RHOBH alum’s brand-new dinner party-themed talk show, Vanderpump treats her best friend, Lance Bass, and actress Vivica A Fox, to a Provence-themed dinner party and has a trick or two up her sleeve to repay trickster Lance for some of his past pranks.

It’s hard to believe that this is the beginning of the end for the iconic KUWTK, a show that most of us have grown up watching. But if it is any consolation, the Kardashian-Jenners have vowed to make this final season extra-special for their loyal fans. Tellingly titled “Beginnings and Endings”, in Episode 1, Kim is preparing for a crucial test as she works to make her dream of becoming a lawyer a reality while Kourt’s baby-daddy Scott faces some tough decisions of his own.
