What happens if my email address has changed since I signed up on the DStv website?
If you still have access to the old email, you can log in using the same credentials and unlink the account from the old email and log out. Register using your new email address and remember to relink your smartcard to your new profile. If you no longer have access to your old email, send your query via WhatsApp to 060 060 3788
