Will you restrict access to those apps based on your DStv subscription – as an example, only allow DStv Premium customers to use a 3rd party app?

No, any customer with an active DStv subscription and Access Fee will be able to access and use the 3rd party apps when connected to the internet. Separate subscriptions may be required for some of those apps.
