4. Select the product identifier e.g. Smartcard number or Customer number

7. Select the linked bank account to service the payment

9. Click on Pay to process payment

Go to the Safaricom menu and select ‘M-PESA’

1. Enter the DStv Business number i.e. Paybill number: DStv: 444900
2. Enter the DStv Basket ID (reference number) as displayed on Eazy Self Service
3. Enter the amount you want to pay
4. Confirm the details entered, Click ‘Ok’
5. The following message will be displayed: Sending >>> Sent Wait for Mpesa to Reply, then Click ‘Ok”
6. You will then receive a confirmation SMS of your payment.

When paying via KCB App:

1. Select “Transact Icon > Pay Bill > Other Billers”
2. Select “DSTV”
3. Enter Customer number in Account No.
4. Enter Amount to pay and submit

Open the Barclays Kenya app:

1. Tap ‘Login’
2. Log in using your internet banking username, password and secret questions
3. Go to ‘Transfers’ using the navigation at the bottom of the screen
4. Select ‘Pay Bill’
5. If you have already saved the biller, you can choose ‘Existing Payee’ and simply enter
   the amount to pay and account to debit. If not, choose ‘New Payee’."
6. Use the drop-down menu to select biller type
7. After selecting biller type, you can select biller and enter in your account/reference number
8. Choose which account you would like to pay from
9. Enter in the amount to pay and submit
10. You will be asked to confirm the amount. You may need to enter in the one-time
    passcode (OTP) sent to your phone"
11. Payment made! The transaction should reflect on your balance under ‘Accounts’.

Make payments at any of our branches via PDQ, bank transfer, Mpesa and cash.

DStv Self Service

1. Download the MyDStv App 
2. Download DStv Mpesa MiniApp
3. Dial *423#
4. DStv WhatsApp Self Service +254 755 896248
5. Kadipay

Once on the micro page https://subscriptions.tingg.africa/login select smartcard(s) to link then press continue.

Enter their card details. Card details to enter include: -

• Card number
• Card holder name
• Expiry date
• 3-digit CVV number found at the back of the card
• Postal address

OTP will be sent via SMS to validate.

Customer will see a window confirming successful registration of the card.

Once the authorization is completed, the monthly subscription will autorenew on their due date.

Pay via Co-op Bank (USSD)

Dial *667# and log in,

Select option 3 – Payments > Utility Bills > Pay TV
Select option 1/2 –for DSTV/GOTV (respectively) then select Pay Bill
Enter DSTV/GOTV Account number you wish to pay for and confirm the validated details
Select Account to Pay From and enter Amount
Confirm the transactions details summary and Pay.
You will receive notification via SMS for Your successful Bill Payment

Pay via Co-op Bank (MCo-opCash APP)

Login to the MCop-opCash APP
Select bills then scroll to Utility Bills and select DStv
Enter the DStv account number you wish to pay for and Click fetch details for validation
Click Save Bill for easy access and payment for later payments for the same account
Select Account to Pay From and enter Amount
Confirm the transaction details summary and Pay
You will receive notification via SMS for your successful Bill Payment
